Bard works closely with study abroad staff at the student's home institution to ensure that, whenever possible, financial aid packages (including federal and state aid) may be applied to tuition and fees for the Al-Quds Bard Study Abroad Program. As policies vary widely regarding institutional aid, students are encouraged to meet with the study abroad and financial aid offices at their home institution for more information. Make sure to ask about and research additional scholarships, grants, and loans which may help cover the cost of participating in this program.
Students demonstrating financial need are eligible to apply for scholarship aid from the Institute for International Liberal Education. Scholarships must be applied for at the time of application to the program. Information on what is required is included as part of the application materials.
